We are open 51 weeks of the year but term dates for those children attending term time only are as follows:

Universal Grant Funding Sessions and The Extended Entitlement
Universal funding is 15 hours term time only, or alternatively 11 hours per week all year round.
The extended Entitlement is 30 hours term time only or 22.5 hours all year round
2 Year funding
This 2 year old funding for eligible children, can be taken all year round for 11 hours per week including half terms and school holidays or alternatively 15 hours per week can be taken through the Term time only.

Holiday and Food Programme
What is Haf Club?
The Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme is funded by the
Department for Education. It funds holiday activities which includes hot
food for children during the Easter, Summer and Christmas school
holidays.
Devon Early Years works with local schools, voluntary, private and
community organisations and childcare providers to deliver the programme
across Devon.
There will be no cost to parents for the four hour sessions if they are
eligible.
HAF providers include a variety of fun activities, including sports,
music, arts and other exciting opportunities to learn and develop
skills. Children will also receive a nutritious hot meal each day.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a free place, children must receive benefits related
free school meals, Pupil premium at school, or parents who are in
receipt of universal credit.

Christmas HAF Holiday Club (Fully Funded)
Our Christmas Fully Funded Haf holiday club is for children aged from 4
years up to and up to 8 years old.
It starts on Monday 18th December until Thursday 21st December 2023 and
runs from 9.15am-1.15pm.
We have Lots of fun Christmas activities and games planned, your child will receive a hot lunch and a visit from Father Christmas.
This club is running at both our Bideford and South Molton Tarka Tots Nurseries.
